In 2016,  Judit (Llofriu, Baix Empordà) and Michael (Nova Zelanda) created Doskiwis Brewing with the mission of making the beers they wanted to drink and sharing them with their community.

In February 2019, after more than a year working to transform a barn-turned-antique-store in Rupià, Baix Empordà, we opened the doors of our brewery and taproom, a space where the cultures of Catalunya and New Zealand meet. 

Since then, we  haven’t stopped learning and looking for ways to improve every day, guided by the vision of making the best drinks we can and to provide an enriching experience to everyone who vists us and drinks our beer.
