COOK

At Doskiwis Brewing we focus on creating modern craft beers that are exciting and accessible. A key aspect of our business is our location: we have a brewery and taproom in the same space so anyone can come and see what we do, how we do it, and taste our beers right on site.

To enhance this experience, back in 2021 we incorporated a kitchen. We repurposed two shipping containers into what has become our kitchen “The Container”.
