Rupianum
Rupianum is an Empordà Ale , made with local products: organic Catalan malt from Sallavinera de Maltes and organic hops grown in Girona by Lupulina . With Rupianum, we want to show and celebrate the quality of the ingredients grown in our land, which would not exist without the efforts and dedication of their producers.
Aromas of fruit, citrus flavors, resin, pine and ephemeral fruit, such as green strawberry that contrast perfectly with the sweetness of caramel malt. Persistent and pleasant final bitterness. Amber color, dense and delicate foam.
The name Rupianum refers to one of the first names in which the town of Rupià appears in historical archives.
