SuperDelic

SuperDelic is a Hazy IPA with a Superdelic™ monovarietal dry hop from the March 2023 harvest. Superdelic™ is an experimental hop that was first crossed in 2012 and has just started planting in 2021-2022 in the north of the South Island of New Zealand.

On the nose we find notes of citrus and tropical fruit; in the mouth, the silky body that we usually create for this type of beer accompanies flavors of forest fruits and sweet, candy notes and a background of resin that just ties it all together.
